Helper Spring

Helper Spring
Helper Spring
Jeep Cherokee Rear Blocks?

Is it ok to put rear lift blocks on a jeep cherokee if you have already placed a helper spring (the kind that bolt on under your leaf springs) to help support the leaf springs? will this help the springs from not bending under the pressure that the block will cause.

NOTE: THIS QUESTION IS NOT ABOUT MY JEEP ITS MY FRIENDS JEEP AND IVE TOLD HIM THAT IT WOULD BE BETTER OFF TO GET A REAL LIFT BUT IT IS A 2WD AND HE DOESNT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY… SO PLEASE DONT ANSWER JUST TO TELL ME THAT I NEED A BETTER LIFT ITS NOT FOR ME.

The ‘helper’ spring is just going to wear out and crack, not bend in the same place. You are not preventing anything, just delaying it.

This type of block lift is the hillbilly way of doing things and should be avoided. They are dangerous, require more work than actually doing a lift correctly and cause more problems than they ever solve.

Tell your buddy to get off his cheap tail, order a 2″ AAL lift from Rusty’s and put that in. Its about $150, and gets all that ’strap on’ crap off the road.

Â

In the meantime, here are some common scams to be taken into account and Hereâ € ™ s what you can do to avoid being victim of such real estate fraud, scams and frauds.

Â

1) The disappearance Foreclosure Consultant – With a very useful sound name, and armed with references and a friendly voice, the person who contacts you is committed to helping you avoid foreclosure with just one payment for your time. The only problem is that as soon as money clears your bank, you never see or hear again. The soon-to-be ghost makes little or no service, take your money and stay with your original problems and less time to try to save your home from foreclosure.

Â

2) Loan Modification Helpers – Unlike Santaa € ™ s assistants, in this scam is paying an upfront fee to "loan modification experts" to negotiate directly with your bank, only here it donâ ™ € t received a gift from Santa Claus. If the expert actually gains their trust, also make their payments mortgage directly to the experts instead of a mortgage company. Both the upfront fee and the mortgage payments directly into the pocket of the tool change loan with a white beard and a gentle voice and when you receive notification that your home is running, this elf is gone and is back in the North Pole.

Â

3) signs here Scams – How to face the prospect of exclusion, an offer of help seems far better than all others because it allows you to stay at home, and to save it from foreclosure. Unfortunately, signing documents without having a lawyer look at them, you are agreement, knowingly or unknowingly, to sign the house over to the person offering this help and they are still responsible for mortgage payments. The person or sell your home, other charges collected from you or clinging to the house and evict you.

Â

4) Advice for the sale and rental guarantee – In this scam, if you own of a house that still has some equity in your home, he was persuaded to sign over title on your home and pay rent to the scam artist with a promise that can bail you out, to cure their problems and that will be allowed to buy the house back later at a bargain price. All this can be achieved, but only if the property is in the ™ € s Consultanta name. Payments you make go directly to the con artist, and eventually will be found holding the bag. You also can be evicted when they can not make the excessive rent payments. If you have lost your job and are having trouble making payments on your home, even if you have equity in your home, you may be tempted by this scheme. And while you would be entitled to the excess equity in your home if the house is sold in foreclosure, when victims of this scam, you will lose equity when it is sold out from under you or equity is stripped by the new owner.

Â

5) The Trust me, I'd € ™ m religious or scam was in the military too – These people pretend to be Christians or former military members of any social organization that owns that comes complete with references to church members or military haircuts and the promise that by inclusion in the title of your home, you can rescue from foreclosure, and credit repair. Having gone through your mail or trash, which probably knows everything about you. Thereâ € ™ s no need to see a lawyer, they say. Just pray with them or have a drink with them and exchanging military stories. Just make sure to hold on to your wallet, donâ € ™ t give them money and dona € ™ t sign anything.

Â

6) Sign Me Up Scotty and get a new loan scam – In this scam, he said that adding the pretty good Samaritan in his title by signing a grant deed or other instrument legal, (which tells you donâ ™ € t really need to read) is a friendly person can request a new loan, which, unfortunately, if approved, will leave on the hook, both for payments of old loans and new loan payments and advance fees you pay for this service will disappear with this fraud.

Â

7) buy my books, Take this seminar and Make Millions Scam – You may see this offer on TV of the night, in the road signs and even on billboards. Only this time, he spoke on the purchase of materials that are full of useless information that will do nothing to help avoid foreclosure. Even worse, the materials you receive may offer advice that will land in jail for saying how to approach others in foreclosure and advice to tell you that you can save them from foreclosure. The problem is that what is done is either practicing law without a license or act as an agency credit repair or loan modification experts without a real estate license and without an advance payment agreement approved by the Commissioner of the Department Real Estate and without being registered with the California Department of Justice.

Â

8) The Short Sale Scam – In this scam, the 'specialist short sale, "which promises to contact his experience to conduct a short sale in a small amount of time it will protect your credit. There is a fee of course, that would have been better spent on buying. When the housing market was better, had more wrinkles to this scam today are more difficult to carry out due the difficulty of selling homes in this economy.

Â

9) Itâ € ™ s Like Magic – Here the homeowner is told to sign something, but the owner winds up signing something together. In some cases this bait and switch scam, the scammer will serve as the notary as well. In relation with this and other scams, or other variants can be used forgery, identity theft and employees as well.

Â

10) Do you want Rent a cheap Scam – Here the landlord or leasing agent making false payment of rent and security deposit and rents or leases of property vacant residential or commercial, that isnâ ™ € t owned by the person who is speaking and if you're talking to a leasing agent, This "agent" has no authority to offer property for rent or lease.

Â

Here are five advisory councils recommended to anyone in this situation, being approached by people offering help.

Â

1. Avoid any request for help that come Unexpectedly, by mail, e-mail and by phone or her door.

Â

2. Avoid using any aid agency, whose name we find in road signs, such as claiming that "We buy houses for cash" and promising to "Stop Foreclosure".

Â

3. Avoid paying the initial fees into foreclosure or loan modification experts.

Â

4. Ignore anyone who tells you not to speak with your bank or tells you to avoid consultation with a lawyer.

Â

5. Donâ € ™ t sign any document without having to reviewed by a real estate attorney.

Â

The red flags that you are about to be cheated should include requests from you for any of the following: to pay the money upfront before any service has been rendered, payment in cash, cash € ™ s checks or wire transfers only, transfers of title, the actions to be taken immediately to the signatures on the deeds of grant, signatures, without any explanation or under the limitations time, the signatures on incomplete documents, and mortgage payments to persons other than the mortgage company.

Â

Other red flags include unqualified promises, deals that sound too good to be true, the failure to provide copies of what you sign, oral promises that are in conflict with the provisions written refusal to make oral promises in writing, the oral statements in writing that the provisions donâ ™ € t say what say or Wona € ™ t be executed, and warnings not to discuss the matter with an attorney, your lender or any other person.
